1. Make Plans:
It wouldn't be best if you and your family were not be present during our open house. Prospective buyers may rush their visit to avoid disturbing you, and may feel uncomfortable commenting on your home in your presence. You want buyers to feel relaxed so they can enjoy the features of your home -- and ideally, imagine themselves living there! Just as it's better for home owners to be out of the house during an open house, it's best to get pets settled elsewhere. The presence of animals can be distracting for visitors to your home, and may affect those with allergies and draw unnecessary attention to the fact pets also reside in home.
3. Be Prepared:
Create an atmosphere with smart home staging techniques that show your house in the best possible light. Remove clutter, rearrange or remove furniture, paint the walls and do a top to bottom clean.
